I'm a Strength & Performance Coach based in Wellington, NZ. Trained through German principles of precision and discipline — and forged further through military service — I've spent over 30 years developing the methods that drive real, lasting transformation.

I train weekly using the same methods I teach, and I work with everyone from total beginners to competitive athletes. My youth football coaching background means I'm equally at home developing teenagers as I am pushing experienced lifters to their next level.

By contacting Body Forge NZ or booking our services, you agree to these terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

2. Services

We provide personal training, nutrition advice, and fitness coaching. Programs are tailored to your individual goals and information provided.

3. Booking Process

  • All bookings are made by email request.
  • We will confirm your booking via email before the session is scheduled.
  • Changes or cancellations must be communicated via email.

4. Cancellation & Refunds

  • Free cancellations are allowed up to 24 hours before the session.
  • Cancellations within 24 hours or no-shows will incur the full session fee.

5. Liability Disclaimer

  • Training and nutrition guidance are provided at your own risk.
  • Body Forge accepts no liability for injuries, health issues, or other damages arising directly or indirectly from participation.
  • Clients confirm they are medically able to participate in the booked activities.
  • Trainer is a REPS-registered professional with a current First Aid certificate, providing services according to industry standards.

6. Health & Safety

  • Please inform your trainer of any injuries, medical conditions, or limitations before starting.
  • Follow all trainer instructions to minimise risk of injury.
  • In the unlikely event of an emergency, the trainer is trained in First Aid.

7. Privacy

  • Personal data is handled in accordance with the New Zealand Privacy Act 2020.
  • Data is used solely for booking management, communication, and training planning.

8. Changes

Body Forge reserves the right to amend these terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of New Zealand. All disputes will be handled by New Zealand courts.
